Allison Bauer
Managing Partner/Educational Consultant/ Speech Language Pathologist
Allison Bauer has been a licensed speech-language pathologist for over 13 years. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a major in Spanish Language and Literature and a minor in Education. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from CUNY-Hunter College in New York City in 2012. Throughout her career, Allison has worked across a variety of therapeutic and educational settings—including schools, private practices, and in-home care—serving children from birth through young adulthood. Her clinical expertise includes treating speech and language disorders related to phonology, articulation, receptive and expressive language, autism, ADHD, and other cognitive challenges.
Now based in Florida, Allison brings her deep interdisciplinary knowledge into her role as an educational advocate. She is known for her analytical mindset, collaborative approach, and ability to translate complex developmental needs into actionable, realistic goals. She believes that every child benefits when the adults in their life—parents, educators, and caregivers—share a clear, unified understanding of who that child is and how they learn best.
In her free time, Allison enjoys cooking, spending time at the beach, and making memories with friends and family.

Jodi Cutler

Jodi Cutler M.S., CCC-SLP
Managing Member
Jodi Cutler M.S., CCC-SLP has been a ASHA certified speech language pathologist since May 2004. She obtained her undergraduate degree in 2001 in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Wisconsin, Madison and obtained her master’s degree at Emerson College in 2003. Over the course of her career, Mrs. Cutler has worked in the public and private school sector. She has also had her own private practice when she live in New York City for 5 years and in South Florida for 7 years. She has worked with children ages birth to 18 years of age. Mrs. Cutler has worked with children with all different types of disorders and diagnosis, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Speech and Language Delay, Apraxia of Speech, Motor Planning Disorders, and many more.
Mrs. Cutler also has experience running social skills groups in both South Florida and New York City. During these social skills groups, she implemented a program called PALSS (Play and Learn Social Skills) which she was co-founder and co-creator of. Mrs. Cutler loves spending time with her two boys, Holden and Levi. She loves exercising and watching Netflix series with her husband Noah. On the weekend she loves spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Shelley Farin
Managing Partner/Educational Consultant/ Speech Language Pathologist
Dr. Shelley Farin SLP.D. CCC-SLP is the owner of South Florida Speech Therapy, LLC. She received her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Florida, majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders and minoring in Education. She received both her Masters of Science degree and Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Farin has experience working with both the pediatric and adult/geriatric population and has worked in a variety of settings including: hospitals, outpatient facilities, schools, home health, skilled nursing facilities, and private therapy. Dr. Farin is certified in Vital Stim Therapy and LSVT, and is able to speak conversational Hebrew. In her spare time, Dr. Farin enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and cooking.
