Who Are We?
Pathways To Potential, LLC, is a case management and academic consulting company dedicated to
supporting parents of children with diverse learning needs, as well as the children themselves across the home and academic settings.
What Do We Do?
At Pathways To Potential, we take the lead on finding and coordinating support services from referrals to follow-ups throughout the therapy journey. We then utilize data and observation to create personalized strategies and accommodations designed to help children thrive academically and emotionally in the classroom. Whether your child needs additional support in specific subjects, strategies for organization, or customized teaching supports and methods, we are here to ensure their educational experience is both positive and successful.
How Do We Do It?
With over 40 years of combined experience in evaluating, treating, and fostering inter-disciplinary collaboration for clients with various speech and language disorders, as well as being parents ourselves, we've seen firsthand how intimidating it can be trying to figure out the best course of action to help support your child. Having someone in the field, who knows who to contact, the right questions to ask, and with inter-disciplinary experience can be an enormous burden taken off your shoulders when starting out. More than that, we recognize that a centralized, child-centered approach is crucial for success. In today’s educational landscape, the "one size fits all" approach is outdated. Our mission is to advocate for your child within the classroom, ensuring that their unique learning needs are acknowledged and addressed.
